On Saturdays, the restaurant serves a 7 courses Dégustation lunch menu at $128 per pax, and you will start off with the appetisers of Hokkaido corn bisque with zuwai crab & egg, followed by the skipjack tuna with red shiso and a soup made with a quartet of mushrooms and truffle royale, finished with argan oil. Both the soups were fantastic; creamy and appetising with a balance of flavours. However, the sashimi dish was a bit too overpowering as each ingredients was competing head strong with one another for the limelight. Nonetheless, the start of the meal was an excellent one before the entrees.

The entrees, in my opinion, stole the show for the savoury item, especially the Catch of the Day which happens to be the sea bream that’s served with Brittany mussels and a crab & lobster soup that is poured into it. The harmony of flavours and the umami-ness of the broth is so addictive that one bowl is not enough.
