✨ Great news for those who fancy the soufflé pancakes but does not have a sweet tooth (unlike me🙈)! Along with a fluffy soufflé omelette, tender bacon slices and a thick juicy chicken sausage, the soufflé pancake sure did not disappoint with its soft and fluffy, soufflé-like texture. Dryness was not an issue with maple syrup served at the side, adding a pleasant tinge of the sweetness to the fragrant batter. Although this might seem to be more of a brunch/breakfast item, I can have it anytime any day and any meal giving the fulfilling portion and satisfying flavours 💖.
