Beef. Sliced Fish, and for good reason. Their Beef and Prawn Hor Fun ($5) is full of smoky wok-hei, carried by charred, hefty noodles. The beef is tender and juicy, which complements the gravy;
compared to the beef, the prawns don't hold up as well, with its light sweetness overpowered by the smokiness. I'll skip them.
