The braised pork leg is home-made from scratch, painstakingly cooked for long hours to yield the pull-apart tenderness that we enjoy in every plate. 🤤🤤🤤 The right cut of pork leg used is also critical in achieving the perfect lean-fat ratio - I mean, collagen! 🐷 Liked that the meats weren’t fatty, & the thick skin had such a nice chew (not tough at all)! 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻

Of course the essence of the braised pork is not gone to waste. 💕 After the vermicelli is first wok-fried to inherit the smoky wok-hei, it is doused with the essence that has been reduced into a gravy, allowing the thin noodles to absorb all the savoury elements. 😍😍😍
