Temu is basically a type of ginger. For the broth, the chef uses two types of turmeric and herbs to prepare it then pour into a 70% cooked snapper served along with Marigold flowers, pomelo and three types of oil for drizzle. (Selom oil, fish oil and parsley oil) The fish was heavily seasoned and I didn’t get to enjoy it’s original flavour.
