The excellent marbling with the charcoal grilling resulted in a juicy, tender and texture that cuts like butter. Over on the seafood side, there is the Atlantic Salmon ($22) that was also grilled on the Josper oven and served with a butter cream sauce. For a sharing plate, I will recommend the Seafood Paella ($25) which is cooked in a tomato base and contains shrimp, squid, salmon and bell pepper.
