The competition for Lok Lok in Singapore is definitely heating up, with more and more Lok Lok stalls popping up all over the island. Here’s featuring StickTogether Lok Lok, one of the better Lok Lok places I’ve tried so far.

What I feel sets them apart from the others are their premium ingredients and also their choice of homemade sauces! They offer premium ingredients like Crispy Abalone w/ Ebiko, Quail Egg Wanton, Pacific King Prawn, Shishamo, Cripsy Beancurd Skin, Bak Kwa Coins etc, and all are seasoned & fried really well without being too greasy. Their sauces are really good too, with unique choices like Wasabee, Tom Yum Mayo and 老干妈 Mayo! I also had a chance to speak with the owner Sam, and through our conversation I could tell he’s really passionate about his craft and is constantly thinking of new ideas for his Lok Lok! I’d definitely be back again to support his Lok Lok stall!
