Always been a huge fan of soon kuehs and this is dope. The skin is so thin, i could not even pick it up. I just have to flip the box over to let these fall onto the plate. Usually i like my soon kueh panfried but this is so good that i eat it the way it is. I think some shallots were added into the filling for a boost in flavours. I could have this everyday. Like really! This is my 6th/7th one within 5 days. Also, it's relatively smaller than the usual soon kuehs la.
