Letao's matcha cheesecake is ex ($35) for 12cm cake) but exquisite .. the mousse or rather froth-like mascarpone cheese melts into the baked cheesecake layer when eaten together. Though I find the matcha flavour is very subtle. Must close eyes to concentrate then only I can taste the matcha.
