Our general favourites were the ๐‡๐š๐ณ๐ž๐ฅ๐ง๐ฎ๐ญ ๐‚๐จ๐œ๐จ๐š ๐‚๐ก๐จ๐ฎ๐ฑ and ๐“๐ก๐ž ๐‚๐จ๐œ๐จ๐š ๐Ÿ–๐Ÿ“. The former was airy with a slightly crisp top and a delightful balance of nuttiness with 70% Mexico dark chocolate. Besides itโ€™s impressive look, the latter boasted a smooth and enjoyable mousse with hint of floral aroma that was just the right level of richness and sweetness (not sweet!).

The ๐‚๐จ๐จ๐ค๐ข๐ž ๐๐จ๐ and ๐’๐š๐›๐ฅ๐ž ๐๐ซ๐ž๐ง๐ญ๐จ๐ง ๐“๐š๐ซ๐ญ featuring 70% dark chocolate were similar with its mix of buttery sable and smooth ganache.

Resulted in layers that were more thick and biscuit-like than flaky (note: we re-toasted it till crisp) but enjoyable nonetheless.
