Chilli Crab In A Wok by Ah Leong San

Very fresh and big crab in not so spicy chili sauce. Idea to put it in a wok and kept warm is great. The last bit of crab is still warm when consumed. Very yummy yummy yum yum yum. Posted by Ah Leong San 2016 May 15.

Deep-fried beancurd sheet stuffed with minced prawn...so much love.

Deep-fried baby squid...all day, every day.

Signature Sweet and Assam Chilli Crab not to be missed 🦀 The sauce is amazing and great dipping with just fried man tou.

The deep fried Soon Hock fish is executed perfectly, fresh, soft and tender with very crispy fish skin.

Beautiful piece of art with organic tomato indulge in sesame sauce.
