Michelin 🌟 ramen

Topped with char siew, red onion, corn, beansprouts, watercress and hot sauce.

At a first glance, it looks like a typical heavy miso ramen. But when you taste the soup, it's not as thick! Try eating the beansprouts and the plump corn together with the broth, they blend perfectly with the broth (burst of freshness 😎).
My recommendation is to eat the noodles together with the onion to bring out the flavour of the noodles.
