A tad skeptical at first seeing the Nasi Lemak Sandwich ($16) as many have jumped onto the deconstructed food bandwagon, I found their rendition to be surprisingly good. The fried chicken taking the cake with the crispy-crunchy exterior and the interior was sufficiently tender as well as well-seasoned. The homemade sambal was more sweet than spicy. The cucumber pickles and soft-cooked eggs between the buttered buns helping to balance the heavier flavors.

Thank you @karacafesg for having us & @burpple for the kind invite!
