made a booking thru quandoo but it was a misrepresentation by quandoo. the owner of the establishment was kind enough to apologize for a mistake which was not theirs to begin with. so without any reservation, we waited around 45min.

we ordered a bowl of noodles each and 4 different types of dumplings to share; the original, the truffle potato cheese, the smoked duck and the chilli oil one. forgot their original names. my bad. lol.

a common trait among the pan fried dumplings was the crispy skin. my favourite was the potato cheese one. this fusion item was bursting with flavours. savoury and rich. sibei shiok.

coming in a close second was the smoked duck. reminds me of abit of peking duck and you guys know my love for this dish. for the original, the vinegar was essential for me.

a fuss-free eatery where the menu is simple with just a few dishes. and they nailed these few dishes. service was prompt and fellow patrons were considerate to not horde the seats after finishing the meal. a very nice community. both staff and customers.
