From the same folks behind Atlas Coffeehouse and Lunar Coffee Brewers, Columbus does serve equally legit waffles as those I've been loving at Atlas! I don't normally like caramel sauces but this one, kudos to them, was not as sweet and overly caramel-y! The earl grey flavor wasn't as strong but I don't really mind as the others are doing their job and therefore none overpowered each other. I see myself coming back every now and then if I'm in the area.
