Coated with the aromatic and herby sauce, Eleven Strands’ Prawn Basil Pesto Pasta ($23) was slurp-worthy indeed. The sauce being the main star as it had a great blend of savoury flavours - all nutty, cheesy, garlicky, and earthy. Prepared with grilled prawns, pine nuts, and parmesan cheese, the plate was not too jelat and the portion was decent for sharing. Opting for their handmade tagliatelle (+$3), I also enjoyed the al dente texture of the noodles and was impressed by its ability to pick up as well as hold the sauce.
