These glazed brioche rolls are almost palm-sized each and contains cinnamon, walnuts, black raisins and a lemon syrup glaze. Perfect pairing with a cup of coffee or tea as a tea time snack. Besides the crack buns, another highly recommended and you-need-to-snatch-them item are the brioche doughnuts that comes in a box of 6 or 13 ($24/$52). Just imagine a thick and chewy dough that’s deep fried, pumped in with copious amount of Nutella or passionfruit curd before dusted with white sugar. Yes, I am not denying that it’s unhealthy as this is really a sweet treat, but we all need some form of sweetness in our lives now and you can have it with these doughnuts. I was told by several friends to finish them on the first day as it is as fresh as they can get, and not to leave it till the second day. However, that concern was literally quashed as both the Nutella and passionfruit curd doughnuts were so good that you can literally devour them like how Homer Simpsons eats his doughnuts.

Do note that production of these bakes is so limited that there is only a specific supply each day. Hence, your best bet would be to camp every night (I got mine when I refreshed the page at 11:00pm) at the page link below for the next available slot, and they only do takeaways or you have to arrange your own delivery.
