Dishing up modern zi char, Yi Shi Kitchen located at A'Posh Bizhub has a menu containing a wholesome array of familiar staples and unconventional offerings. Not your typical homestyle cooking, many of the items are pretty innovative such as their Thai-inspired Pattaya Style Grilled Pork ($12/18/24). Delivering a little bit of heat, hits of tanginess and sweetness, the slices of pan seared pork shoulder were balanced nicely with the crunchy green mango salad as well as the homemade Thai chilli sauce. Lots of flavours going on, the combination was so palatable - much like barbequed caramelized meat.
