Nice looking but taste rather mehhh. Thick Waffle had a great crisp outer that give a good crunch but the inner was moist & slightly sluggish as though it wasn't cooked long enough. At least, the Rum & Raisin ice cream does helps a little. Ice cream was smooth, creamy and had the right amount of sweetness but not boozy enough for me.
Dusted with powdered sugar and drizzled with chocolate and maple syrup.
