to build this beverage, warm tapioca pearls soaked in brown sugar syrup are topped with fresh milk. the team at @rbteasg recommended that we drink the beverage without shaking it first to taste the layers of caramel and toffee and creamy fresh milk. sweet but doesn’t quite overwhelm!
