Sakoshi Bay oysters topped with tobiko, grated radish. Fresh and juicy with none of that grimy taste. A nice touch of sprinkling of edible chrysanthemum petals. Unagi eel roll bears that slight smoky tone. Who can refuse wagyu especially when it was torched right before your eyes? The marbling really lights up the palate. This sushi box was humongous. Make sure you are hungry if you should order. But I still prefer the omakase sushi. Manageable quantity and slightly more umami than the sushi box.
