Grain fed for 150 days, this meaty piece is cooked to medium rare doneness and you can select the sauce (I got mine with the Café de Paris which is an herb butter) and 2 free sides (beef fat fried rice and brussels sprouts) to go with it. If you are in the mood for some fish, there is also the Grilled Salmon ($17), which also comes with the free sides that you can select from the list that includes signatures such as corn & parmesan, creamed spinach or favourites such as potato wedges and onion rings.
