Not one to scrimp on ingredients, Uni Gallery’s maki is stuffed generously with shredded Snow Crab Meat, Cucumber, their secret Tamago sauce, then finished with top grade Canadian Aka Uni and Tobiko. Sweet, saline, creamy and everything screams freshness.
Quite possibly my favourite item on their menu.
