Literally, the Kohaku Tendon serves a towering bowl of tempura goodness instagram-worthy arranged between two bowls and a bed of Japanese premium rice. It's easy to see why it's a crowd puller, just for the sheer value for money: think 2 tempura ebi, 2 chicken breast, 1 ika (squid) and one each of baby corn, mushroom, ling bean and a slice of pumpkin. But beyond these, the quality of the tempura, the rice and the sauce (try the spicy one) are all top grade quality which I think is over and above local market standards.
