A critical indicator for a good plate of CKT all comes down to the level of “wok hei” in the dish. Thankfully, this stall’s CKT definitely meets the standard.
I like that the bean sprouts were fat and juicy. Although the cockles weren’t impressively huge, it was still an acceptable size in KL’s standards.
