This dish is dessert level sweet. Not even exaggerating, the exterior is literally layer of bruleed sugar, with a corresponding crunch. The texture of the meat was good, not Melt in your mouth tender but there's a slight snappiness and it's more fat than lean. V unhealthy, not for everyone. I found it too sweet too, not rlly a savoury dish to pair w rice anymore. Honestly it might be more fitting if it goes on top of ice as a dessert, instead of rice.

Btw for reservation, if u indicate youre ordering it, you cant change the number of portions once u actl reach the restaurant
