Thought this was a pretty decent burger, though not the best. I liked the soft fluffy brioche bun! But my friend preferred if it were more structured / toasted, this was in danger of getting soggy bc the bread soaks up all the sauce. The beef patty was rather juicy - the meat juices were all leaking out. I thought it was alright, but not particularly impressive. Would have liked for it to have more charred / crisp outsides for that textural difference. The caramelised onions, cheese, bacon, arugula and thousand island sauce served as good accompaniments. There was also raw tomatoes, lettuce, onions and pickles on the side. I particularly liked the pickles, they were juicy and sour with a bit of crunch! Overall, I was satisfied but I’ve had better beef patties. Idm returning to try their other burgers!
