I like a classic cheese burger and goddamn, do they do it well at the inaugural standalone location of Potato Head's award-winning burger & cocktail bar, Three Buns. Every patty is made from two prime cuts of the highest quality grass-fed Australian beef, and it shows. My cheese burger was juicy and moist, coated in double ketchup, a rich housemade miso mustard, charred onions and double cheese between toasted demi brioche buns.
