A very interesting concept which is similar to Yong Tau Foo, except you order the items you want off the menu instead of "kiapping" them with a pair of tongs into your bowl. We could choose from a selection of 4 different broths, 3 types or noodles, and at least 4 different items (vege, meat or seafood). I chose the pork broth ($2) with glass noodles ($1), enoki mushrooms, shimeji mushrooms, kai lan ($0.60 each) and pork ribs ($1.80). The broth and glass noodles were fantastic! I don't have much to say about the "liao" though. Would gladly come again just for the pork ribs soup and glass noodles. :-)
