Min Jiang at Goodwood Park Hotel has just launched “A Hearty Vegetable Harvest” menu that showcases vegetables in creative dishes.

This dish features fried prawns and lotus root slices drizzled with a D24 durian mayonnaise sauce. And it's fitting at Min Jiang, as the smooth D24 durian mayonnaise is a nod to Goodwood Park Hotel’s specialty in durian desserts.

As part of this menu, only the best vegetables are used. This dish uses in-season lotus roots as they are bigger and more flavoursome. As for the D24 durian mayo which is made fresh daily, fresh D24 durian pulp is blended with house-made mayonaise before adding some milk.
