The prawn paste not too much, so is not overly salty. And it travel well, but for extra cripsy can just air fryer it for couple minutes and it's taste as fresh from kitchen.

Lightly battered whole squid , deep-fried and tossed with salt, pepper and garlic.
The squid also travel well.

Fried rice with tiger prawns, squid and chunks of crab meat tossed with in-house Sambal Belachan.
It's very generous portion of ingredients with a hint of Belachan, even my son can eat it (his tolerance of chilli is very low 🤣)

💕Red Snapper Fish Soup (with bee hoon)
Slices Red Snapper served in umami light soup from boiling Red Snapper bones (no milk added).
Very comforting bowl with fresh fish.
