The immersely popular tendon (aka tempura donburi) from Tendon Kohaku now comes served with onsen tamago, atop bed of fragrant rice or udon (swipe for more pictures)! With a great variety of tempura - jumbo prawns, squid, chicken, crab stick, vegetables - the ingredients are fried in a blend of high-grade sesame and cooking oil. They are flavourful, non-oily, fresh and absolutely fulfilling.
