Chilli lovers fall in! The Crazzzzy Belacan from @crazygrandmas.sg, created from a recipe passed down from their great grandma, will be sure to tingle your spicy senses! Just a small mouthful and i could feel the heat instantly, followed by a fragrant aftertaste from the shrimp paste!

To tone down the spiciness, i added some lime and paired the chilli with some bee hoon for lunch, super shiok! I also had it with some fried rice later on, and it tasted even better! Can’t wait to pair it with more food!
