This Orh Luak have slight crispy edges and the oysters were plump and fresh and paired well with the chili sauce. However, it is abit too greasy for my liking but it is still not bad.

One of the nicer fried oysters around, with reasonable portion. The ratio of egg to starch was just right, without being overly starchy. Despite the long distance to Jurong, it amazingly retained some crispy edges. Star of the dish had to be the fresh, briny oysters that were more than average. Pair with their chili sauce for a spicy kick!

Located at #01-54, I ordered the $6 oyster omelette and was surprised and the amount of oysters that I was served in the dish. Not only that, they were briny, fresh and plump. Just feel like it could have less of the starch and would’ve preferred more egg.
Easily one of the better fried oysters around. My first time having it 1.5 years ago was rather disappointing as it was too greasy. But this time round, it was nicely crispy. Le bf who usually avoids oyster in fried oyster / oyster omelette was pretty impressed by how fresh the oysters were.

Throwback to when we first tried the combo of century egg & otah together with Chee Choeng Fun. Let’s just say what an interesting flavour!
