Crispy fried egg are added in all the Pao Fan. There isn’t any crispy rice puffs found in my broth, as seen in the photo. As for the broth, it’s light and yet tasty. It comes with a few pieces of sliced fish and fried fish.

Continuing my pao fan journey here at the latest stall that joining this Teochew cuisine trend.
I would say their fish is my favourite among the rest, smooth and soft for the sliced fish. Even though the fried fish wasn’t exciting as the sliced fish for me. $6
Lobster Pao Fan - For opening special, they are serving an ENTIRE lobster, served with clams, fried egg floss and crispy rice puff.

Wanted to get their Lobster Pao Fan this afternoon but sold out. It's ok, their Fresh Prawn with Slice Fish Pao Fan ($6.00) and Kurobuta Pork Lala Pao Fan ($8.00) are equally 👍
