THIS WAS AMAZING everyone should get this honestly this was super super good!! There was an option for choice of pasta and we chose angel hair pasta. The pork belly chunks were SO soft and had so much flavour without being too fatty. I always feel averse to the fats at shaorou hawker stalls but this one was really done well with the skin being super crispy and tasty! The pasta was spicy, similar to regular aglio olio. I will definitely be back!

Quite a yummy dish! The char Siew was tender, soft and seasoned rather nicely. There was an option to choose the type of pasta as well. The egg added a smooth texture to the pasta with each mouthful. The sauce was not too bad but would be nice if there was more sauce! However, wish they would give slightly more meat- felt like there wasn’t enough charsiew for my pasta.

The fish that I order all the time! Great pasta cooked with a heart, and it seems like every dish is not too bad too (from the group of friends that went with me). Came back a few times and quality of food is still as good, maybe just extreme slow service given that there are only 3 staff in total in the entire shop.

The premium cut - Duroc Pork Belly was super tender, juicy & flavorful with a tint of sweetness! Love the al dente pasta but it was not really spicy as stated in the menu
🍝
Char Siew Mee ($14) is another option for pork lover. Duroc Pork Slices was a total enjoyment. Similarly, al dente pasta was not spicy leh
🌶
Ocean Toss ($17) was not bad too though the scallops were thinly sliced & only came in a pair 😅 This al dente pasta was slightly spicier compared to the duroc pork pasta

Siow Ba Mee - The homemade roasted pork is first marinated with sweet sauce and sugar, before it is roasted with rosemary and thyme.

Siow Ba Mee, which doesn't need explanation, and, like everything these days, a customised pasta. In general, I'm not a fan of customisation because I want an expert to design my meal. With that said, I enjoyed both.
