One of the must haves at Fat Po, is their signature Bolo Burger.

The Bolo Burger had a crispy and buttery coating. The Bolo Burger had such a gentle sweetness that just goes so well for my taste buds.

The har cheong gai was crispy and tasted just like how a HCG should taste like, except its boneless.

Although not served with belachan, which it SHOULD! It actually goes very well with it. Maybe u can request for it, I had it as leftover sauce from my chicken skin.

Such a sinful meal, just nice have some greens to bluff myself for being health conscious.

Totally forgot about the Augus Ribeye, it was chopped into a few slices, in perfect medium rare, so juicy as well. Not the best steak I had, but still can eat.

Such a sinful meal, just nice have some greens to bluff myself for being health conscious.

Very crunchy and taste so good when dipped into the belachan sauce.

Fat Po has been ear-marked for me to eat at, ever since it opened in punggol. And I am finally here. Fat-po is a fusion restaurant.

The Hokkien Vongole is one of their signature dish. It's like the Italian dish of Vongole, except its a hokkien mee fusion.

Although it does taste nice, it taste almost similar to nissin sesame oil instant noodles.

Clams were definitely plentiful and fresh.

But felt a little underwhelmed. To be honest.

I'm finally here. I love the fusion menu. This dish is such an overkill lol. Laksa not enough, chicken cutlet not enough, still came with a sous vide egg. It also has large tau pok and fishcake. It's a good laksa, albeit oily. The cutlet was good too.

I'm finally here. I love the fusion menu. This fish wasn't a patty, it's a full cutlet. Pair the masala flavour and the sambal mayo with the bolo bun and it's an explosion. Shoestring fries are also my favourite fries.
