Fat Rice (Ngee Ann Polytechnic)

Students these days are really lucky where they can get such interesting food options for lunch. Coming in four pieces, this is pretty much suitable for a light snack during tea break. Less of Sambal, though it's still spicy, fried chicken is stuffed within the rice roll with a few crunchy vegetables. Personally felt that the rice could have been sweeter, and it wouldn't hurt for more vegetables inside to make it taste more healthy. Despite so, this is a good enough as a grab-and-go for students, given this is located in campus.
