Competing against the increasing number of restaurants now offering plant-based meat alternatives, @fatburgersg has the impossibly cheapest impossible burger in town. Best part of all, it’s customizable in terms of the number of patties and toppings such as pickles, lettuce, tomatoes.

On first bite, the texture of the soy-based Patty was actually quite convincing, mimicking minced beef as the charred smokiness came through. Since the impossible patty is made also using Heme, that explains the slight metallic iron taste and replicating the glistening pinkish appearance of a medium rare beef patty. Sandwiched between brioche buns with lettuce and tomato slices, the patty was juicy and even more flavorful with the added pungency from the mustard sauce. While one could probably tell it’s not real meat as the slight grainy texture of the soy protein began to reveal with chewing, I wouldn’t mind eating it again when I am feeling Impossible.

I was thinking the impossible... burger 😂 Guilt-free for you AND the environment (no animal product) and their onion rings are also 🔥

Don't know why I waited so long to try Fatburger! .
Went for the double patty, and only regret was why didn't I go for the triple or quadruple 😂
.
The onion rings were also very sick... Easily one of the best I've tried so far!

Until the crazy queues at Shakeshack for down, this will be my new favorite burger joint!

Single Patty Original Meal ($11.90) with Onion rings (+$2). A tad bit pricey for a simple burger but a classic American burger - toasted bun, lettuce, tomato, onions, pickles, relish and the patty of course. If you are looking for a classic burger, this is the spot to go to. The patty is a bit dry but overall a decent burger. [8/10]

To be honest, the winner was the onion rings. It’s $5.90 on its own but you can upgrade your plain old fries to these amazing onion rings for $2. It’s not your typical soggy sad onion rings but real crispy, chunky and legit. [9/10]

Fat Burger is an American burger chain known for their succulent beef patties. The quad burger had 4 stacks of beef patties which should be shared if not your stomach would have no space to try the other sides. Personally like their boneless chicken and fat fries which were finger licking good. 😜

Decent American burgers, the sauce combination tastes almost like five guys! Wished the beef can be more moist though. Don't bother with the wings - Wingstop is nicer :)
