For Great Ethical Coffee
Hook Coffee is a home-grown brand founded by two Singaporeans! Ever since their launch in 2016, they’ve been on a mission to make great and ethical coffee accessible to everyone. They source sustainably grown beans from the world's best farms and wield a wide variety of coffee flavours so you can expect something new each month!
Beverages to look out for at our Burpple Food Street include the Give Me S'mocha ($8), a rich dark chocolate drink topped with a layer of whipped cream, mini smores, and a drizzle of chocolate, as well as the Salted Caramelsso ($8) that comes with whipped cream, sweet popcorns, nuts, and a drizzle of caramel. Both drinks are infused with their signature Gold Digger espresso!

The Proper Concepts Collective
For Unique Onigiris
The Proper Concepts Collective houses five different food and beverage brands in Singapore, each with its own unique offerings. For Artbox 2023, both RAPPU Handroll Bar and The Feather Blade Steakhouse will be stationed on-site, featuring a line up of RAPPU's new Onigiris & The Feather Blade's housemade meatballs. The former will include the Sakura Prawn Onigiri ($6) that’s filled with succulent prawns, the Garlic Wagyu Onigiri ($6) which is loaded with tender marbled Wagyu beef, and the Crab Jumeokbap Onigiri ($7) which is packed with sweet crab meat.

For Juicy Chicken Cutlet Burgers
The Grumpy Bear specialises in adding their very own twist to the classic Western cuisine! Head over to their booth at our Burpple Food Street to try their juicy burger renditions. We’re talking BBQ Chicken Cutlet Burgers ($12) with juicy breaded chicken paired with a tangy BBQ sauce and melted cheese, as well as the spicier Black Pepper Chicken Cutlet ($12) version with meat that’s seasoned with bold black pepper, and served in between two soft brioche buns. Don’t forget to pair these mains with their golden brown Cheesy Fries ($8) and their fiery good Cajun Fries ($8)!

For Decadent Grilled Cheese Sandwiches
Café by day and gastropub by night, The Tipsy Tavern prides themselves in serving anything your heart desires. This includes everything from artisanal coffees and teas to alcoholic beverages and fusion dishes!
In true Tipsy Tavern fashion, they’ll be offering both savoury bites and handcrafted cocktails at Artbox 2023. Expect food items like the Truffle Grilled Cheese ($16) with Potato Chips—this features melty, gooey cheese paired with truffle paste, resulting in a decadent grilled cheese sandwich altogether. This is also served with a side of crispy potato chips! If you’re not a fan of truffle, you can opt for the plainer Grilled Cheese with Potato Chips ($10) alternative.
Wash this down with their Frozen Mango Margarita ($12) that boasts a refreshing blend of mango and lime, mixed in with premium tequila, and blended to a frosty finish with real bits of mango for an added burst of flavour.

For Interesting Cocktails & Mocktails
MoonGlow Café & Winebar is largely inspired by Australia’s wine & dine and café culture so you might notice that their menu offerings boast a mixture of local and Aussie flavours. If you’re in need of a refreshing drink at Artbox, head over to their booth to delight in their cocktails and mocktails! Their line-up consists of the deliciously effervescent Biscoff Soda ($6)/Surprise ($12), the tropical Chendol Cocktail($8)/Mocktail ($6), and the rich and velvety Fossa Chocolate & Peppermint Mocktail ($8)/Cocktail ($16).

For Guilt-Free Sticky Yoghurts
Presenting Singapore’s first Sticky Yoghurt, created through Beyond Fruit’s unique fermentation process which uses UHT milk and yoghurt culture; the result is five times more probiotics than usual. There is also absolutely no added sugar, preservatives or artificial flavouring in their products so you can enjoy guilt-free yoghurt with fresh fruits for added sweetness!
Try out their Burpple Exclusive ($12) yoghurt which comes with creamy and thick sticky yoghurt topped with a delightful blend of juicy apples, grapes, mango, and watermelon. Alternatively you can opt for the luscious Mama Mango ($8), the creamy Rock’n Melon ($8) or the tangy Master Grape ($8).

For Japanese Skewers & Donburi Bowls
Ima Sushi is a fast casual sushi restaurant which offers fresh sashimi at affordable prices! They specialise in Australian style sushi rolls, creative dragon rolls and thick-cut sashimi.
Menu highlights to look out for include the Mentaiko Tamago Skewer ($6) that features a soft, savoury tamagoyaki topped with a mentaiko sauce, as well as their various donburi bowls which include the crispy Kaarage Don ($12) in either Spicy or Teriyaki flavours, the comforting Mentaiko Tori Katsu Don ($14) or the fiery Spicy Salmon Don ($16).
If that’s not enough to sate your appetite, opt for their 3-kind Agemono Platter ($18) consisting of an assortment of deep-fried dishes such as the juicy prawn tempura, the crispy chicken karaage, and the pan-fried salmon cubes.

For Rich Ice Cream Flavours
Nestled within the quaint neighbourhood of Sunset Way is Burnt Cones which has built a loyal following since their inception in 2020. If you’re looking for some handcrafted ice cream, head to their booth to try rich flavours such as the creamy and nutty Pistachio from Bronte ($6 for a single scoop), the decadent and refreshing Stracciatella (Dark Chocolate with Mint), and the sweet and vibrant Ube (Purple Yam from the Philippines). Don’t forget to pair their smooth gelato with their Burnt Cone ($2) or Cone Chips ($2)!

For Artisanal French Bakes
At New Deli Bakery, the freshest and best ingredients are used to produce the finest viennoiseries—the result is a flaky, buttery, and crispy pastry. Definite must-tries include the Double Matcha Croissant ($9), the Hojicha Filled Croissant ($9), and the Smoked Cheese & Thyme Croissant ($8.50).
