Opt for the Westholme Wagyu Beef Petite Tender with sauteed Jerusalem artichoke, sweet pea, truffle jus and brioche, or the Grilled Hamachi which sees spring onion chimichurri, ratte potato, and white clams paired with coconut clam broth. End off the night with the Apple Mille Feuille which sees the perfect combination of green apple terrine, filo pastry, ivory chantilly, and smoked calvados ice cream.
