For A Grand Champagne Brunch
What better way to proclaim your love for your dad than by allowing him to indulge in a brunch of epic proportions at an all-day dining buffet restaurant? Estate’s weekly Grand Sunday Champagne Brunch affair will be amped up on Father’s Day with an even wider range of seasonal menu selections.
We’re talking about a live oyster bar featuring Canadian, Irish, and Fine de Claire oysters as well as seafood such as the Maine Lobster. Diners can also expect Charcuterie in the form of Prosciutto di Parma and Coppa Ham, along with homemade Foie Gras terrines—this should go splendidly with their cheese selection which boasts 32 different types of European cheeses such as Morbier, Saint-Marcellin, and Livarot, just to name a few.
For those who have a hankering for something meatier, head straight to their barbecue section where you’ll find tiger prawns, peri peri chicken, spare ribs with peppercorn, and lamb racks. These come with a selection of homemade sauces too! Don’t even get us started on the meats and carvings: here, the black truffle roasted duck, Wagyu prime rib, and stuffed suckling pig take centrestage.
Don’t forget to finish off with their handcrafted artisanal dessert jars and cakes such as the Matcha Truffle, Ume Black Velvet, and Earl Grey Teacake! There will also be a gelato station and live station serving up fresh crepes with mascarpone and berries.

For A Father’s Day 4 Course Set Menu
This Father’s Day, Tablescape Restaurant & Bar presents all dads with a thoughtfully curated 4-Course Set Menu ($108++ per pax) for dine-in! This meticulously crafted menu will be available for lunch and dinner from 9 - 18 June. The meal commences with freshly shucked Canadian Oysters as a tantalising starter—this is served with cucumber slices and a refreshing housemade tomato granita. The second course is a tender Octopus that has been gently charred and prepared on a Josper grill; this is accompanied by sweet heirloom tomatoes marinated in basil, shallots, and white balsamic vinegar, as well as a refreshing petite mesclun salad, creamy burrata cheese, fragrant sesame and mayonnaise dressing, and a drizzle of basil oil.
For the main course, choose between either the Josper Grilled Wagyu Ribeye or the succulent Duck breast. The former is a perfectly grilled 200g Australian Wagyu that’s served with buttery herb-roasted potatoes, a vibrant watercress salad, and an aromatic green peppercorn sauce. The latter is seasoned with parsley and thyme, then sous vide and pan-seared till the skin is wonderfully crisp. This comes with a luxurious pan-seared foie gras, alongside sauteed king oyster mushrooms, orange segments, pumpkin puree, and a flavourful duck jus. Finally, the meal concludes with the Dapper Delight dessert which features an Amadei 70% dark chocolate roll dusted with cacao powder.
