Thanks to Burppler AC Chan’s post, this new egg tart flavour is now on our #ForeveryHungry community’s radar. Imagine the same buttery and crumbly crust filled with wobbly pandan-infused egg custard – sounds like a no brainer! Available from both Takashimaya and Holland Village outlets.

Ramen Dining Keisuke Tokyo

Can’t wait till March 29 to catch Eric Khoo’s upcoming Ramen Teh movie? Perhaps chef Keisuke’s Bak Kut Teh Ramen ($13.90) will help sweeten the wait with its tender pork ribs in a light, garlicky and mildly peppery broth. Make sure you pop by early as there are only 20 bowls served daily, till the end of April.

Prodigal Cafe

Congratulations, Macpherson-ians! Prodigal Roasters has opened their second outlet in your ‘hood. While it’s more spacious than the first, they’ve managed to retain the same cosy vibe. The bigger menu here sees more savoury options too, like the foolproof Grilled Cheese ($10) and Chicken Stroganoff ($15). Don’t leave without having the well-balanced Miso Cheese Tart ($6) and a solid cuppa.

NeNe Chicken

Complete your Korean feast at this Halal-certified fried chicken chain with their newly launched Budae Jjigae. Priced at $29.90 (good for share among two to three), this army stew brims with 12 ingredients including rice cakes, sausages, chicken ham and cheddar cheese. Do note that it is available only at the Hougang Mall, Bukit Panjang Plaza and Junction 9 outlets.

Rakki Bowl

This new concept within Candour Coffee fills the gap that Boru Boru may have left for some regulars. They’ve covered the basics in their curated menu featuring bowls like the Signature Truffle Wagyu and Bara Chirashi Dons (both $12.90 for small).

If you’re studying, working or living in NTU, make a pit stop at Canteen 13 the next time you need a sweet, well-deserved break. At $2.70 a slice ($30 for the whole cake), Burppler Min S. preferred this Classic Tiramisu over the earl grey rendition. She adds that it was moist, soft and well-balanced, not to mention super value for money!
