Opt for their Dinner Set Menu ($108 per person) which sees creations like Grilled Cabbage Skewers with nori cream and crispy pork lard, Ah Hua Kelong Sea Bass with spiced crab roe sauce, and Grilled Pork Cheek in coffee glaze. Rascals also has an ala carte lunch and dinner menu.

Roberta's

Every now and then, we see a new pizza spot popping up at Marina Bay Sands, and this time it's Roberta's, which has restaurants in New York, Los Angeles, Chicago and Nashville. If that sounds promising to you, it really is. Dig into starters like Stracciatella with House Bread ($15) and Chicory Salad ($16), or pies such as The Famous Original, a stunning tomato-based pizza with three sexy cheese: mozzarella, parmigiano, and caciocavallo!

White Marble

For Mediterranean Magic
White Marble brings together the timeless flavours of the countries bordering the Mediterranean, including Spain, Portugal, France, Italy, Greece, Morocco, and the Middle East. Conceptualised by famed chef Otto Weibel, Singapore’s grand doyen of Western gastronomy, expect dishes such as Broccolini & Fine Green Beans ($15), Roasted Butternut Squash ($12) or chargrilled Octopus ($36). An excellent main course is Prawn Bucatini Puttanesca ($28)! Love fish? Choose their Fish Of The Day, simply prepared with sea salt flakes, lemon, light herbs and cold-pressed olive oil, then expertly cooked over hot charcoal.

For Hole-In-The-Wall Coffee
Kōhī is a brand that first originated in Bangkok, known for its Thai single origin beans. The menu at their outlet here is relatively small, with classics like the familiar White ($6), Black ($5) coffees and Dirty Matcha Latte ($7). You can also enjoy an Espresso Tonic $7 or Coco(nut) Espresso ($7). Burppler Zhihui Lim said she "Caught a whiff of coffee before looking around and found the source - this little, literal, hole in the wall space in a back lane along Joo Chiat. Coffee was pretty decent so this was a fun find."
