With the announcement of Phase 2 starting on 19 June, food and beverage (F&B) establishments selling predominantly beverages will reopen and dine-in services will be allowed to resume at restaurants, cafes, and eateries.
As we gear up to welcome the new dine-in guidelines, let’s continue to take precautions and safety measures when dining out:
- Call or place online reservations with the restaurant in advance to minimise waiting times and to prevent overcrowding during peak periods.
- Each table or group must be limited to 5 or fewer persons, with at least one-metre spacing between tables or groups.
- Check in and out of F&B establishments with SafeEntry to ensure proper contact tracing measures are in place.
- Cooperate with temperature screening and checks conducted by the staff.
- Some restaurants are only reopening at a later date. Kindly call or make an online reservation beforehand to avoid disappointment.
- Each table is limited to a maximum of 5 people. This also means that you can redeem a maximum of 2 Burpple Beyond deals per meal. Rules of use apply.
- We designed the redemption process to be seamless. You should complete the redemption without handing your device to others.

As we show our support to the F&B industry, do understand that longer waiting times are to be expected as restaurants need to adhere to social distancing restrictions and manage the increasing demand for both dine-in and takeaways.
As our team works towards reactivating all Burpple Beyond deals, we highly encourage members to call beforehand and check with the restaurants if the use of 1-for-1 deals is back in place. Rest assured that we will be updating the Burpple Beyond list as more restaurants reopen in the next two weeks.
On that note, Burpple Beyond deals for 1-for-1 Takeaways and Bonus Delivery Deals will continue to be available till 30 June and 31 July respectively. Do take note that exclusion days will continue to apply for Father’s Day (21 June). This means that deals cannot be redeemed on the day itself.
