Who is eligible to extend their membership?
Any beyond user with an active subscription (lite or premium).
How to extend my membership and enjoy the reward?
Purchase the extension voucher with the reward of your choice and your membership will renew at $0 for the next cycle (automatically applied). You’ll receive a confirmation email with your reward within 10 minutes.
How to redeem my reward?
It may differ depending on the campaign itself. Some rewards will be in the form of a digital voucher, others may require you to collect it in person. Please refer to the voucher and confirmation email for more details!
How many times can I extend my membership?
Each account is eligible for 1 extension per year. You may extend your membership again when you have less than 12 months left to your subscription.
