For an additional £3.50, you get a top up of smoked salmon which definitely up the ante for me. The flow of the egg yolk never fails to whet the appetite.

And, I am glad to say that the consistency and quality have been maintained since. Being a person of habit, I tend to return to places or order dishes that have impressed me but this time round, I decided to try something different. Instead of the usual latte or flat white, I opted for their Cold Brew (£3), which in my opinion, is one of the better ones that I’ve tried so far. Using single origin coffee beans from Ozone Coffee Roasters and steeped for hours, the cold brew is easy on the palate, very clean tasting and has neither the acidic nor bitter flavour.
