New place with long queue of customers. Their Chilli Oil Dumplings, Fried Rice with Pork Chop, Large Intestines Mee Sua are very authentic. Beef noodles broth has a strong meaty taste. The best part is you can choose either the standard thin noodles or Guan Temple Noodles (flat noodles) that are more chewy.

I’ll be back to taste the other stuff in their menu including Braised Pork Rice, Three Cups Chicken and Dan Zai Mian.

Braised pork rice was amazing, really tender and succulent chunks of pork with fragrant rice. Not pictured but other things worth trying are their noodles and fried chicken. My go-to place for Taiwanese food!

Rice is round and fat, pork is soft and tasty, garlic cucumber is refreshing after eating the fats, braised egg has all the taste from the skin to the heart. Don’t forget to get a salt and pepper chicken which is excellent with the basil that is as good as the meat!

The rice was flavourful but lack of wokhei, the pork was tender, balance between fat and meat, well marinated.
Overall is pretty good fried rice pork chop.

Ordered 鸡排w/蛋炒饭, 盐酥鸡, 牛肉汤面 and 红油虾肉抄手. Amounted to arnd $42 for 4 dishes which were all so damn good! My fav is the dumplings, love the chilli oil that came together with it and there were so much fillings inside each dumpling! Also loved the chicken cutlet cause it tasted so similar to the ones at the night markets in taiwan. The smaller chicken cutlet balls were more peppery and crunchier so it depends on what kind of texture you like more. The fried rice tastes good toooo, kinda like the ones in dtf. Lastly, the beef in the soup were so tender, melting with each bite, and the knife cut noodles were chewy and well cooked. The soup was herby and really refreshing to drink on a chilly rainy day. All in all, 5/5! Love the food here so much!

In terms of flavour and texture, their gleaming pork chop definitely exceeded my expectations👍. But as for their egg fried rice, there’s still room for improvement. More of that eggy flavour and wok hei will do the trick!
