Nothing like a sea salt chocolate chip cookie to chip away at any Monday blues. This one cookie is so big, you can easily split for twice. But I finished all in one seating anyway 😂 HKD 30 (SGD $5.50). Slightly chewy interior, a hint of buttery fragrance (but I am sure plenty more butter went into it) and thick pieces of chocolate chips dotted throughout, its sweetness balanced by the occasional sea salt granule. A balanced Flat White. Little quaint place for a jab of coffee halfway up one of the many slopes in #中環 #Central. Went back for it again before I left HK, by means of a souvenir. Because memories are such. The gingerbread 🍪 is also very decent (tried cos they were sold out the 1st time I returned)
