Decent fish and chips.. but the chips is pretty yums, reminds me of what Long John Silvers used to serve.

- at Fish & Chicks! ✌ .

Been a long time since I've eaten at Fish & Chicks 🐟🐥 and was pleasantly surprised to learn that they've introduced a new sauce, Curry Cheese, to go along with their all-time favourite Chilli Crab and Salted Egg Yolk sauces! 😋 .

Though it was hard to pick out two flavours from the trio, we decided to have our Best of Both Worlds ($13.90) with their Curry Cheese and Chilli Crab sauce!

As always, the battered dory fish fillets 🐟 had a perfectly crispy exterior which was light and airy while the fish itself was soft, moist and flaky. It paired nicely with both the Chilli Crab sauce which was mostly sweet with the slightest tinge of spice and the Curry Cheese sauce which was creamy and mildly spicy though lacking in cheesiness. Wish there was more sauce to go around though! 😫 .

How about you? What flavour combination would you pick for your Best of Both Worlds? 😊

Got this from Grab food. Even though I didn't get this fresh off the pan, food was still good. The fish was tender and there was just enough batter. The sauces were pretty phenomenal for this price. The salted egg sauce was rich and the chilli crab sauce also exceeded expectations.

Serving an array of Asian-infused western food, they can be found at most parts of Singapore, some of which are already halal certified. Better known for their Fish & Chips, I bet you won’t be disappointed for the given price tag. The fish was well-executed, crispy on the outside and soft flaky on the inside. The chili crab sauce was pretty good too - sweet, tangy and not too spicy!

A fancy dish served out of a kopitiam stall! Truffle lovers should not shy away from this cream based pasta sauce which boasts a high intensity of truffle flavour, mixed in with mushroom bits, herb and al dente spaghetti pasta.

We opted for the Chili Crab and Salted Egg ($13.90) just because we were greedy and wanted two to choose from instead.

Batter was crispy enough and the sauce was actually pretty on point. The salted egg was “gao” enough compared to quite a lot of other place so I’m satisfied. The fries were quite nice too.

Will consider ordering this again tho probably to share cause 2 fishes of 1 flavour (cheaper too btw) feels like it’ll be abit much.
